LUME Studios in a New York City based immersive venue and creative studio. I was tasked with building and deploying an AI agent to handle all event inquiries coming into LUME Studios, and automating much of the onboarding process.

Elements involved:

1. All incoming inquiries from website, handled by an AI agent that automatically reads the inquiries, compares it against the booking calendar to check availability, and drafts an email response depending on availability. Further, if the dates are available, the AI agent also starts a production checklist google sheet to handle production needs as the client is onboarded.

2. A separate email AI agent acts as an onboarding assistant trained on internal documents and answering client inquiries. This agent also does the job of maintaining the production checklist, updating it with new information as well as prompting the client for missing information.
